Licence

Single-user commercial licence. Plain English, and it is the same licence in every file.

What you may do

• Use the templates in your own business, for as long as you like.
• Use them on client work, including work you are paid for.
• Use them inside the organisation you work for.
• Edit anything — formulas, columns, colours, wording. Nothing is locked or password-protected.
• Delete the guidance before circulating a file. It is designed to be removed.

What you may not do

• Resell or redistribute the files, edited or not.
• Include them in a product, course or template pack of your own.
• Share the download link publicly.

Refunds

These are digital files and are delivered immediately, so they are not generally refundable once downloaded. If a file is broken, does not match its description, or will not open, say so and it will be put right or refunded — that is a defect, not a change of mind.

Getting hold of a person

Email hello@thecadencekit.com. That address is read by the person who built these, not a helpdesk, and asking whether a template will do what you need is a better use of it before you buy than after.

Provenance

Every template is original work, built from generic and publicly applicable business-management practice. Nothing here contains any employer's material, branding, processes or data, and the worked examples describe a fictional company.
